From the Iberia kitchen — appetizers and snacks, built around what Gustavo keeps on the shelf.
Ingredients
- 1 15oz can Iberia Black Beans, drained
- 1 tbsp . tahini, optional
- 3 tbsp . Iberia 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lime juice
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp . ground cumin
Method
- In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Bring to room temperature before serving.
