We stand behind every product we ship.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement — no return shipping required on our errors.

Unopened, non-perishable items

Unopened, shelf-stable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping; the refund is issued once we receive the item.

Food-safety items

For food-safety reasons, opened food and beverage items cannot be returned.
