Method

  1. Make a dough with flour, egg, Iberia Olive Oil, water, and a pinch of salt; knead smooth and rest 30 minutes.
  2. Roll thin and cut into long strips.
  3. Wrap each cheese stick in a spiral of dough, sealing the ends.
  4. Fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.
  5. Drain and serve hot with dipping sauce.
