Ingredients
- to taste ¼ cup Iberia Coconut Cream
- to taste 1½ tsp Iberia Total Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 garlic clove
- to taste Hot sauce or chili flakes
- to taste Optional: cornstarch + water (to thicken)
- to taste Optional: fresh herbs or lime zest (for garnish)
Method
- Marinate the wings
- Bake or grill
- Make the coconut sauce
- Toss the wings
