Ingredients
- 1 can Iberia Sardines in Olive Oil, drained
- 1 can Iberia White Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Iberia Minced Garlic
- to taste ½ cup diced red onion
- to taste ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- to taste ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- to taste Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- In a bowl, combine white beans, sardines, red onion, tomatoes, and parsley.
- Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Toss gently and season with salt and black pepper.
