Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted red peppers (Drained)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste ½ tsp Iberia Total Seasoning
- to taste Iberia Cuban Crackers
Method
- In a food processor, add:
- Iberia Black OlivesRoasted red peppersGarlic cloveIberia Lemon JuiceIberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive OilIberia Total Seasoning
- Pulse until blended but still chunky.
- Spoon into a bowl, drizzle with more olive oil.
- Serve with Iberia Cuban Crackers on the side.
