Ingredients
- 2 lbs . sirloin or beef hip
- 3 tsps. salt
- 1/8 tsp . powdered dried oregano
- 1/8 tsp . pepper powder
- 3 tsps. Iberia Minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp . garlic powder
- 1 tbsp . Iberia Olive Oil
- 2 medium onions split
Method
- Cut meat into 1/4 inches thick, then gently rub it to make it finer and season with salt.
