Method

  1. Simmer the flank steak in salted water with half the onion until tender, about 1 hour, then shred.
  2. Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic in Iberia Olive Oil; add the shredded beef and Iberia Sazon and fry until savory.
  3. Warm the Iberia Black Beans with a little of the sofrito until thick.
  4. Cook the Iberia Parboiled Rice.
  5. Fry the sliced ripe plantains until caramelized.
  6. Plate the rice, beans, beef, and plantains side by side.
