Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter divided
  • 1/2 cup Iberia Marsala Cooking wine
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ⁄2Iberia garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken meat cut into 12 pieces
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Method

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a medium skillet. Sauté mushrooms until soft, remove from skillet and place in a small, covered bowl.
