Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter divided
- 1/2 cup Iberia Marsala Cooking wine
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ⁄2Iberia garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken meat cut into 12 pieces
- 1/4 cup cold water
Method
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a medium skillet. Sauté mushrooms until soft, remove from skillet and place in a small, covered bowl.
