Ingredients
- to taste Iberia Plantain Chips
- to taste 1½ lbs ground beef or turkey
- 4 pineapple rings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (optional)
- to taste Burger buns
- to taste Lettuce, red onion, and any desired toppings
Method
- Make the pineapple glaze
- Make the burger patties
- Grill everything
