Method

  1. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Place the Brie wheel in the center.
  2. Top the Brie with Iberia Guava Paste and chopped pistachios.
  3. Fold the pastry over the Brie, sealing the edges well, and place seam side down.
  4. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
  5. Preheat the air fryer. Line the basket with parchment or a silicone liner.
  6. Air fry until the pastry is golden brown and crisp.
  7. Let rest briefly before slicing.
  8. Serve warm with Iberia Cuban Crackers.
