From the Iberia kitchen — breakfast, desserts, built around what Gustavo keeps on the shelf.
Ingredients
- to taste ½ cup Iberia Guava Paste, melted
- to taste 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Iberia Coconut Evaporated Milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- to taste ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- to taste ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- to taste Strawberries
- to taste Maple Syrup
Method
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk in coconut evaporated milk, vanilla, egg, and melted butter.
- Cook pancakes on a greased skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
- Spread guava paste and cream cheese between pancake layers before serving.
- Garnish with Strawberries.
- Serve with your favorite Maple Syrup.
