Method

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk in coconut evaporated milk, vanilla, egg, and melted butter.
  2. Cook pancakes on a greased skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Spread guava paste and cream cheese between pancake layers before serving.
  4. Garnish with Strawberries.
  5. Serve with your favorite Maple Syrup.
