Ingredients
- 1 oz can San Marcos Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce 7.5oz can
- to taste Orange juice if needed
- 2 tablespoons Iberia Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Blend the San Marcos chipotles with the garlic to make a paste, if it looks too thick add a little orange juice.
