Ingredients
- 1 can Iberia Organic Black Beans (15 oz), undrained
- 1 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- to taste ¼ cup water (as needed)
- to taste Salt, to taste
Method
- In a small pot over medium heat, add:
- Sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add:
- Stir to combine.5. Add ¼ cup water if needed for consistency.6. Simmer on low for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.7. Serve hot over rice or as a side.
