Ingredients
- 2 cups cassava flour (farinha)
- 6 oz bacon, diced
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend 51 oz
- 2 tbsp parsley
Method
- Crisp the bacon in Iberia Olive Oil, then add onion and garlic and cook until golden.
- Lower the heat and stir in the cassava flour.
- Toast, stirring constantly, until the farofa turns golden and smells nutty, about 8 minutes.
- Season with salt and parsley.
