Ingredients
- to taste Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Iberia extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup finely chopped white onion
- 2 San Marcos Chilpotle peppers marinade
- 2 medium sized roasted tomatoes
- 1 clove garlicfinely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Method
- Using a bowl, mix the shrimp with the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Place shrimp in the refrigerator and let marinade for 15 minutes.
