Ingredients

  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Iberia extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 2 San Marcos Chilpotle peppers marinade
  • 2 medium sized roasted tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlicfinely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Method

  1. Using a bowl, mix the shrimp with the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Place shrimp in the refrigerator and let marinade for 15 minutes.
