Ingredients
- 1 tsp Iberia Powdered Seasoning or Iberia Total Seasoning
- 1 cup Iberia Plantain Chips, crushed
- to taste 1½ lbs Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- to taste Black pepper, to taste
- to taste Optional: Rice or greens, for serving
Method
- In a bowl, toss together:
- Let shrimp marinate for 20–30 minutes.
- Grill over medium-high heat, 2–3 minutes per side until pink and charred.
- While hot, sprinkle with crushed Iberia Plantain Chips for crispy texture.
- Serve over rice, greens, or skewered for snacking.
