Ingredients
- 1 lb . sliced potatoes
- 1 large white onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika Paprika
- 1 7 oz . can San Marcos Chipotle Sauce
- to taste ½ cup Iberia Olive Oil
- to taste ¼ cup wine vinegar
- to taste ¼ cup Iberia Dry Wine
Method
- Rinse the cod in fresh water to remove excess salt and soak in water for two hours. Change the water, rinse it again and soak it overnight.
