From the Iberia kitchen — desserts, built around what Gustavo keeps on the shelf.
Ingredients
- 1 can Iberia sweetened condensed milk 14 ounce
- 1 can Iberia evaporated milk 12 ounce
- 1/2 cup Iberia Coconut Milk or full fat milk
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
- to taste Optional:
- 2 tsp vanilla beans or 2 vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- to taste Garnish:
- 9 fresh raspberries
- to taste Shredded coconut
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place six 1-cup sized ramekins in a 9x13 baking dish. Fill up with water until the ramekins stand about ¼ in water. Set aside.
