Ingredients
- 2 cups Iberia sweetened condensed coconut milk
- 8 oz Shredded coconut
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 Packs Iberia Maria Cookies 14 oz
Method
- Heat the butter and condensed milk in a large non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
