Ingredients
- 2 cups Iberia Coconut Water (chilled)
- 1 cup white rum or coconut rum
- to taste ½ cup cranberry juice (for “bloody” color)
- to taste Juice of 1 lime
- to taste Ice
- to taste Optional: Red sugar or syrup for glass rim, gummy worms, or lychee "eyeballs" for garnish
Method
- Mix the CocktailIn a large shaker or pitcher, combine Iberia Coconut Water, rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Shake or stir well.
- Serve & GarnishPour cocktail over ice. Garnish with Halloween-themed items:
