Ingredients

  • 2 cups Iberia Coconut Water (chilled)
  • 1 cup white rum or coconut rum
  • to taste ½ cup cranberry juice (for “bloody” color)
  • to taste Juice of 1 lime
  • to taste Ice
  • to taste Optional: Red sugar or syrup for glass rim, gummy worms, or lychee "eyeballs" for garnish

Method

  1. Mix the CocktailIn a large shaker or pitcher, combine Iberia Coconut Water, rum, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and lime juice. Shake or stir well.
  2. Serve & GarnishPour cocktail over ice. Garnish with Halloween-themed items:
