Ingredients
- 4 oz Iberia Coconut Water
- 2 oz dark or spiced rum
- 0.5 oz simple syrup (or honey)
- to taste Splash of soda water or ginger beer (optional)
- to taste Lime wedge and mint sprig (for garnish)
- to taste Ice
Method
- In a shaker or tall glass, combine:
- Shake or stir with ice until well mixed.
- Pour over fresh ice in a lowball or tall glass.
- Top with a splash of soda water or ginger beer (optional).
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
