Ingredients

  • 4 oz Iberia Coconut Water
  • 2 oz dark or spiced rum
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup (or honey)
  • to taste Splash of soda water or ginger beer (optional)
  • to taste Lime wedge and mint sprig (for garnish)
  • to taste Ice

Method

  1. In a shaker or tall glass, combine:
  2. Shake or stir with ice until well mixed.
  3. Pour over fresh ice in a lowball or tall glass.
  4. Top with a splash of soda water or ginger beer (optional).
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge.
