From the Iberia kitchen — appetizers and snacks, built around what Gustavo keeps on the shelf.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 4 tablespoons Iberia minced garlic in water
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 2 tablespoons Iberia Red Cooking wine
- 1/2 cup Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Finely chop all parsley, cilantro, green onions and red chili pepper and combine in the same bowl. Add 4 tablespoon Iberia Minced Garlic, 2 tablespoons Iberia oregano, 2 tablespoons Iberia red cooking wine, 1 tablespoon Iberia lemon juice and mix it all together.Add ½ up Iberia Extra virgin olive oil to the mixture and mix it until all ingredients are blended together.Serve with empanadas and grilled meats.
