Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts sliced in half lengthwise
- 1 teaspoon Iberia Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 stick
- 1 tablespoon Iberia garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- to taste zest of 1 lemon
- 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup reserved pasta water
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese plus more for topping
Method
- Season chicken breasts half with garlic powder, paprika, and salt/pepper on both sides.
