Method

  1. Cook the rice; warm the beans with a little of their broth.
  2. Season the protein with Adobo and grill or pan-sear it.
  3. Fry the plantain slices until caramelized.
  4. Dress the cabbage and tomato with lime and salt.
  5. Plate it the soda way: rice and beans side by side, protein at the front, plantain and salad holding the corners. The marriage works because everything keeps its place.
