Brazil's beloved chocolate fudge truffle — three ingredients, endlessly rolled at every birthday party. A coconut twist on the condensed-milk classic.
Ingredients
- 1 Iberia Coconut Condensed Milk 11.6 oz
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend 51 oz
- to coat chocolate sprinkles
Method
- Combine the Iberia Coconut Condensed Milk, cocoa, and Iberia Olive Oil in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium-low, stirring constantly, until the mixture pulls away from the bottom of the pan, about 10 minutes.
- Pour onto a greased plate and cool completely.
- Grease your hands, roll into small balls, and coat in sprinkles.
