Ingredients
- 2 cups Iberia Parboiled Rice 5 lbs
- 3 tbsp Iberia Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend 51 oz
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 3.5 cups hot water
- 1.5 tsp salt
Method
- Heat Iberia Olive Oil and fry the garlic and onion until golden and fragrant.
- Add the Iberia Parboiled Rice and stir to coat, toasting 2 minutes.
- Pour in the hot water and salt; bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce to low, and cook 18 minutes.
- Rest 10 minutes, then fluff.
