Ingredients
- 2 cups Iberia Jasmine Rice
- 1 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 cups water
- to taste Salt to taste
Method
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add:
- Sauté rice for 1–2 minutes, stirring to coat with oil.
- Add:
- Bring to a boil.5. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 15 minutes.6. Turn off heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes.7. Fluff with a fork and serve.
