From the Iberia kitchen — appetizers and snacks, beverages, built around what Gustavo keeps on the shelf.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Iberia Aloe Vera Original Juice
- to taste ½ cup Iberia Organic Coconut Water
- 1 –2 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
- to taste Ice
- to taste Fresh mint or basil leaves (optional garnish)
- to taste Cucumber slices or lemon wheels (optional, for presentation)
Method
- In a pitcher or shaker, combine Aloe Vera Juice, Coconut Water, Lemon Juice, and sweetener if using.
- Stir or shake until well chilled and balanced to taste.
- Pour into glasses over ice.
- Garnish with mint, basil, cucumber slices, or lemon wheels if desired.
- Optional: finish with a splash of sparkling water for a light fizz.
