Ingredients
- 1 to 2 tbsp Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Iberia Garlic Powder
- 2 lbs pork belly, skin on, cut into bite size strips or cubes
- to taste Optional lime wedges for serving
Method
- Pat the pork belly pieces dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Add Iberia Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Iberia Adobo, and Iberia Garlic Powder. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Arrange the pork pieces in a single layer and cook for 25 to 35 minutes, shaking the basket every so often, until the skin is crispy and the meat is golden.
